SUBMISSION FEE:

There is a $10 submission fee. One submission fee per artist, not per image. Unpaid submissions will not be considered.

Artist Exhibition Information:​

• Commission split is 60% Artist / 40% Gallery on all works sold during the exhibition period.

• Listing price the artist provides includes the gallery commission 

• Artists may not privately sell any artwork while it is on display. 

• Exhibited artwork must remain on site for the full duration of the show.

• By entering this call for art, you give Art House the right to use your image(s) for publicity. 

• Selected artists are required to sign a consignment/exhibition agreement prior to display.

ARTWORK ELIGIBILITY

Selection:

The selection process is determined by our in-house curators and regional art professionals. Work will be selected based on entries submitted and how it fits the predetermined space.

​

All artists will be notified via email no later than May 1, 2026.

​​

Art Categories:

Open to all visual artists creating original artworks in 2 and 3-dimensional media. Artworks that, in reasonable view of the organizer, are inappropriate and/or offensive content, are not admissible. 

​

Visual Arts Categories:

Painting, drawing, printmaking, illustration, photography, digital arts, sculpture, metal smithing, ceramic art, jewelry, glass art, paper art, book art, wood art, fiber art, textile art, collage, graphic arts, and mixed media are accepted

​

Style:

All styles are accepted.

​

Size:

There is no size limit for submitted artworks.

​

Originality and Rights:

Entries must not be copies or derivatives based in any way on other copyrighted or published paintings, photographs or other artistic work.

​

Availability:

Artists must submit artworks that are for sale.

​

Number of Artworks:

Artists can submit up to 5 pieces of original artworks. A maximum of 3 artworks may be selected from each artists.

Accepted Artwork:

All work must be ready for installation. Framed work must be ready to hang with a wire. Wall space and pedestals are provided for approved work. 

​

Delivery of Artwork:

Artists are responsible for transportation of their work to and from Art House. Work must be hand delivered no later than May 8, 2026 to the gallery in Hot Springs, 405 N River St, Hot Springs, SD 57747.

​

If you cannot hand deliver art to either of the galleries, work can be shipped to the gallery in Rapid City. All shipped work must be clearly marked with the artist's name, address, phone number and email. If shipping artwork to the gallery we require that return shipping label be provided. Work that is inadequately packaged or damaged will be refused. 

​

Any submissions not accurately depicted may be rejected.
